How To Add Files To A Facebook Group

Wondering how do I add a file to a Facebook group?

Here’s what you need to know.

Adding Your File/s

Step 1: Go to your group page

Click Groups in the left menu and select your group or head there directly with a saved bookmark.

Step 2: Head to your “Write something…” section.

And simply Click More.

Step 3: Add File

Now with the More menu open. Click Add File to select a file from your computer.

Step 4: Post

Choose something to say about your file (optional) and publish it to your group by clicking the Post button.

Facebook Group File Rules

  • Max file size is 100MB.
  • Who can view, upload and download files is set in your group’s privacy settings.
